In most cases we offer 24 hour delivery on all real estate photography orders. The turnaround for real estate videos is 48 hours. The exception is for shoots taken on Saturdays, which will have a Monday delivery.

You will be notified that your photos are ready. Payment is due prior to any media delivery. A delay in payment results in the delay of your delivery.

You will recive a delivery email which would then redirect you to the download page. You can download photos one at a time or in bulk. In the event that you ordered videos, floorplans, etc it will also show here. You may also download it all by clicking on Select all then Download.

The second way to download the photos/content would be from your agent account in Air and Land Photos.

Due to MLS regulations, 3rd party vendors are not allowed to log in to MLS under an agent’s name and password

For ethical and legal reasons, we cannot digitally remove a permanent physical feature of a home. This includes removing cracks in walls or ceilings, removing telephone poles or electrical lines, or modifying any other structural deficiency and/or abnormality.

I can at your request enhance the grass making it greener. I can swap out a gray sky for a beautiful Blue sky. I can add TV Backdrops, I can add fire to fireplaces, and I can add light to burnt-out lightbulbs.

We know peoples schedules can get hectic and things out of your control can happen so if you find yourself in a situation that will make you late please call, I'm sure we can work things out.

If we don't hear from you we will wait for for 15 min before our photographer will move on.

Our number one priority at Air and Land Photos is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please give us a call so that we can make it right.

You can reschedule prior to your appointment and before the photographer arrives. If you are not able to reschedule prior to your appointment, you can cancel but there will be a fee.

No. You can meet us there to unlock but you do not have to stay for the shoot. We do recommend that you walk the property beforehand to make sure that it is ready. If you perfer to stay that is fine also.

Pets need to be either in a kennel, in the backyard, or on a leash. We do not shoot homes with loose pets that show any sort of aggressive or intrusive behavior. Please make sure they are secured.
